All our consultations are by appointment only, ensuring that each patient’s needs are meet. However if your pet requires urgent or emergency care at any time during the day it will be seen as soon as possible and will take preference over routine appointments.
We do not charge for missed appointments but please try to phone to let us know that you are unable to attend.
We like to be as flexible as possible so if there is a particular vet that you would like to see please feel free to ask when you are booking your appointment.
Payment is requested after each consultation or upon collection of your pet following a procedure. Payment is acceptable by cash, cheque (with a bankers card) or by credit/debit card.
